At a nursing interview or healthcare interview, the candidate’s goal is to convince the prospective employer that they are the best person for the job. It is therefore crucial to do as much preparation as possible. Any knowledge gained before you arrive for the interview will give you the confidence and ability to perform to your best. · Is the role enjoyable?
· Is the Management approachable?
· What are the patients like?
