Registered General Nurse required – Elderly care home setting – Based in Bradford
The Role: Located in the Bradford region, our client is offering an ambitious and experienced RGN a superb career opportunity to secure a long-term position and make a difference to those around you.
Working within an elderly care home you will work alongside residents who suffer from dementia, physical disabilities and Alzheimer's.
The Candidate As an enthusiastic qualified RGN with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be involved in creating and maintaining an environment in which all residents receive a high standard of care. The successful candidate will initiate and implement new ideas, and participate in the setting and maintenance of good nursing standards in consultation with other nursing colleagues.
Candidates will need to possess a flexible approach to your working hours and be able to complete alternated day/night shift patterns. You will have a self motivated attitude with the desire to thrive within this unique and sometimes challenging environment.
It is essential that you have knowledge of CSCI regulations and will work in accordance with the Codes of Professional Conduct as issued by the NMC.
