Job Summary
* Under the direction of the Director of Nursing ensures that organizational goals are attained through creative planning, organizing, monitoring and communicating nursing activities at SKMC.
* Coordinate the available resources with the Senior Charge Nurse – human, financial and material in the provision of excellence in customer service in the designated areas.
* Responsible for providing leadership of the team and leading a strategy for change to improve the overall services in the designated areas.
Experience
• Professional Portfolio reflects progressive leadership, management and clinical positions
• Certified proof of the required twenty annual Continuous Nursing Education Units (CNE)
Licensure/Registration Qualifications
• Valid current licensure in country of origin and any other Regulating Nursing Council
