| Job Description |
Support workers required for several small residential homes (3-6 beds) in Cheltenham.
Service users have Autistic spectrum disorders.
Applicants need to provide service users with practical, personal and emotional care and encourage them to get more out of life.
Applicants need to co-ordinate and encourage the preparation of meals, laundry and cleaning. Implement individual support plans and have good communication skills.
The rate of pay is £6.70 - £7.00 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.
Meals on duty – same as service users
