| Job Description |
My clients well established and resourced Care Home requires a Care Services Manager. You must be a registered nurse. A 70 bed home close to Chingford.
The post holder will be expected to carry out Care Home inspections to a high standard and to ensure that CQC standards are met and maintained.
An ability to work autonomously in the role of Care Services Manager yet also able to work within the wider Senior Management Team and with staff at all levels within the organization and with service users to achieve objectives and improve services.
