| Job Description |
Support workers required for supported living facility in Dursley.
Service users have Autistic spectrum disorders.
Applicants need to provide service users with practical, personal and emotional care and encourage them to lead more independent lives and seek opportunities to make them more independent in the community as well as at home.
Applicants need to co-ordinate and encourage independent preparation of meals, laundry and cleaning. They need to implement individual support plans and have good communication skills.
NVQ level 2 would be an advantage, but not essential.
The rate of pay is £6.70 - £7.00 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.
Meals on duty – same as service users
