| Job Description |
Hilcote Hall is a residential home for older adults, based in Eccleshall.
We are looking for a Deputy Manager who possesses commitment and is able to deliver a high standard of care to our residents.
Your role will include promoting our residents to live in a manner similar to their usual home life, maintaining their independence, choice and privacy, at all times.
You will have a friendly and caring attitude and have the ability to supervise care staff.
