You'll also be involved in completing health and safety checks, risk assessments and attending supporting peoples meetings.
No two days are the same and to succeed, you'll have good team working skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You'll also need to be calm under pressure and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Accord provides accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. This role is based at two bungalows providing care and support to eleven individuals encouraging them to develop life skills to promote choice and independence.
