Our client, a UK market leader in health care is seeking Registered Nurses to work at their care homes situated across the UK.
JOB PURPOSE:
Employees are expected to give their personal best and strive for continuous improvement to ensure the highest standards of care and service are delivered to all customers.
The main requirements of the Registered Nurse are: - To be responsible for the well-being of residents within the care home, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met, whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities. - To ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies of the company and the registering authority guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- ENB 998 and/or ENB 941. - First level registration. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
PAY RATES: £10.50 to £15.00 depending on location and size of care home. All breaks are paid.
All positions are permanent and full time. However, job shares may be considered to accommodate part time applications.
All vacancies include night shifts and weekend working.
