They also have a reputation for staff retention and providing support and ongoing training for their employees. You the successful applicant will be required to plan and provide programmes of therapeutic activities tailored to client group, within the framework set down by the occupational therapist. To implement and evaluate delegated OT interventions for clients in relation to their treatment programme. Engage in developing and identifying activities for people who have learning disability and/or mental health needs, carrying out related risk assessment and implementing such activities. It is expected, as part of this post, that you will be working unsupervised for periods of time.
