Reporting to the Operations Director, as General Manager you will play a pivotal role within its structure. Responsibilities will include the following:
- undertake the effective management of the Hospital and maintain its effective operation at all times - ensure the provision of high quality nursing care in accordance with company policies and procedures, statutory and good practice guidance - manage all allocated human resources and actively recruit as required - ensure that all allocated staff are appropriately skilled, trained and developed
