Registered Home Manager – Lindford - £25,000 - £28,000
Flame Employment’s Special Social Care & Nursing Division is currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to manage a 7 bedded care home, with nursing, for people with learning disabilities. The position is based in Lindford, Hampshire.
As Home Manager, you will ensure the home complies with care regulations and will work towards CSCI standards. You will provide support to service users and staff to establish a safe and pleasant environment in which high quality care is delivered.
The successful candidate will have proven management experience and will ideally have RMA/NVQ Level 4, although those with NVQ Level 3 will still be considered. You must have knowledge and experience of working with learning disabilities.
