Pyramid8 are supporting a Mental Health organisation with their clinical transformation programme. This organisation are reconfiguring the number of patients per ward and opening two additional wards to support this reconfiguration. As a result of this, they need registered mental health nurses (newly registered mental health nurses, experienced mental health nurses, team leaders and ward manager levels). There are various philosophies, nursing models and approaches taken in this organisation and recent funding ensures that the clinical transformation will result in satisfaction and reward to their staff and an improved level of care for the patients.
The hospital’s vision is “To provide a safe, secure and therapeutic environment which delivers active engagement, rehabilitation and recovery, through high quality care and treatment, for the benefit of patients, carers and the safety of the public.”
- Are you passionate about Mental Health? - Are your work values and ethics about making a difference? - Have you worked in low, medium or high secure Mental Health units? - Have you worked in forensic nursing or are you looking for the work and experience in Mental Health to enhance your career prospects?
We would like to hear from anyone who answered yes to any of the above and look forward to discussing these opportunities further.
