At Abbey Road in Ilford, we’re looking for a hands-on practitioner with sound knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people in general and with dementia. You'll monitor the nursing needs of all residents, write individual programmes and make sure these are implemented. In addition, you'll maintain and control the storage, administration and recording of medicines.
With excellent IT, supervisory skills and must be RMN qualified, you'll also be expected to play a full and active role in the management of the home to ensure high levels of care and support are given to residents.
