Flame Employment's Specialist Social Care and Nursing Division are seeking a Support Worker to work in a 26 bedded residential care home that provides care and accommodation to adults between the ages of 18-35 with learning and physical disabilities.
Based in Farnham, Surrey, working 42 hours per week. You will deliver quality care and will provide general support to service users in their day to day lives, ensuring their well-being at all times.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting adults that have Learning Disabilities and physical disabilities. You will be flexible and a team player.
Car Driver would be an advantage but not essential
Must be able to work shift on a monthly rota basis which start on 7:30-3pm / 2pm-10pm. This will include working 2/4 weekends and the occasional sleep in which is paid at £27.00 per night.
