| Job Description |
A busy nursing home is seeking a dynamic nurse to oversee the daily running of a busy unit within a care home setting on the outskirts of swindon.
Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage as well as a positive approach to elderly care.
Successful applicants would have some knowledge of CQC expectations and be willing to embrace further understanding of this.
The job would centre around maximising the care and support received by elderly clients residing on a short or longer term basis within the home.
The successful nurse would take pride in the standard he/she delivers and expect the same from his/her team in relation to client care,always regarding the client at the centre of their own care.
We seek a nurse that takes ownership of his/her role and is quick to apdapt and become responsible for a team.
This is a full time permanent position.Immediate interview for right candidate. |
